Three distinct stages of an Umrah visa check

This guide is for Indian passport holders who have already applied and want to confirm application details, an issued visa, or the visa PDF. If you have not applied yet, the price is on the Umrah visa price page.

1. Stage 1 — Application Details Available

   In our processing workflow, after the required hotel, Catering BRN and flight details are added to the traveller's Umrah group, an application reference may become available as the visa file progresses through the applicable Saudi workflow.

   Customers can check submitted application details through the official MOFA applicant-data page. That lookup may allow searching using passport and other identifying information without entering an application number. An application record is not an issued visa, and an application number is not an issued visa number.

2. Stage 2 — Check an Issued Visa

   Use the official Saudi MOFA visa-search service when you need to look up an issued visa, including by passport number.

3. Stage 3 — Download Your Visa PDF

   Use the official KSA Visa platform to retrieve or download the visa PDF when it is available. Saving the PDF is separate from checking application details and from searching an issued visa.

How to use the official Saudi portals

Follow the instructions displayed on the official Saudi portal. The available search fields and button labels may change.

Keep your passport number ready, exactly as printed. An application or order number can also be useful when the page asks for it. Enter only the details the current official form requests. Do not send complete passport details through a form on this website; UmrahVisa.in does not search Saudi government records.

• Application details. The official applicant-data page is a search for a submitted request. When last opened, it showed fields for passport number, nationality, visa type, place of origin and an image code. Use the labels on that page if they differ.
• Issued visa search. The official MOFA visa-search page is where an issued visa is looked up. When last opened, it let you choose two search values, such as passport number, visa number or application number, plus nationality and an image code. Submit using the control shown on that page.
• Visa PDF. Open the official KSA Visa platform and follow the retrieve, download or print controls it currently displays. Do not rely on an older button name if the page shows a different label.

A search-result error can have several causes, including incorrect information, an unavailable record, or an application that has not reached the relevant stage. An empty result does not automatically mean processing is underway. Do not treat every Saudi portal message as a definitive visa status.

Application, approval, issuance and downloading the PDF are separate. Only the issued-visa search and the visa PDF confirm an issued visa, and even then the wording on the Saudi page is the record to read.

If the PDF is a one-year multiple-entry Umrah visa

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah describes that visa as valid for 365 days from issuance, with a cumulative stay of up to 90 days. Read the dates on the PDF. Later-visit conditions are on the apply page and the one-year multiple-entry Umrah visa page. When the visa was issued through the Standard service, mandatory Saudi Umrah health insurance is linked to that visa. The issued policy sets the cover. It is not unlimited travel insurance, and the 365-day visa validity is not stated as the insurance period.

Before you travel

• Original passport and the applicable validity requirements. This office's file list is on the requirements page.
• Issued visa PDF and the visa details printed on it.
• Correct spelling and passport number, matching the passport you will carry.
• Flight arrangements.
• Actual accommodation confirmation. Hotel and BRN notes are on the Umrah hotels page and the BRN page.
• Applicable arrival transport arrangements. If pickup was arranged with a file, see after-visa payment transport.
• Current Saudi entry and travel requirements, including the season dates.
