How an application starts

Sending the file on WhatsApp is the online application with UmrahVisa.in. An office visit is not a different visa route. Saudi authorities issue the visa either way.

  1. Share traveller information and intended dates. Tell us the number of travellers and when you plan to travel.
  2. Send the start documents. Provide a passport copy, photograph, return-flight details and existing hotel information where available.

Available application routes

These are different paths. Eligibility is not universal, and this page does not treat every route as available to every traveller.

  • Dedicated Umrah visa processing from India. Standard and Premium assistance on this site. Start on WhatsApp. Details are on the Umrah visa from India page.
  • Tourist visa or eVisa. A separate Saudi visa category for eligible travellers. It is not the Standard Umrah file and is not available to everyone. See Saudi tourist visa for Umrah.
  • Hosted / Absher. A separate workflow when an eligible Saudi-resident host can receive family. It is not automatically Standard or Premium. See hosted Umrah visa for Saudi residents.

One-year multiple-entry Umrah visa

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced a multiple-entry Umrah visa in July 2026. Validity is 365 days from issuance. Total permitted stay is up to 90 days across visits. Eligibility, entry and re-entry conditions depend on the actual visa and current Saudi regulations. The ₹13,990 Standard service price does not guarantee a specific visa type or validity.

Required Catering BRN — additional Standard charges

  • Makkah: ₹75 per person per applicable day.
  • Madinah: ₹125 per person per applicable day.

Catering BRN is charged separately from the Standard ₹13,990 price. Days follow applicable Nusuk service days, which may differ from hotel nights. Further detail is on the BRN page.

First-leg arrival transport

Applicable airport-to-hotel transfer is arranged and quoted separately. The price depends on your arrival route, passenger count and vehicle. It is not included in the Standard ₹13,990 price or the Premium additional daily charge. Vehicle rates are on the Umrah visa price page.

Is airport transport included?

No. For our applicable Umrah visa-processing arrangement, the first-leg airport-to-hotel transfer is arranged and quoted separately. It is not included in the Standard price or the Premium additional daily charge. This is not stated as a rule for every Saudi visa category.

I already booked a hotel. Can you review it?

Yes. Send the booking on WhatsApp. We first check whether it can support the required Hotel BRN arrangements. A pay-at-check-in reservation does not automatically require Premium.

Is hosted or Absher the same as Standard?

Does the 90-day stay reset if I leave Saudi Arabia?

For the multiple-entry Umrah visa announced by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the stay is up to 90 days in total across visits. It does not reset on exit. The one-year multiple-entry page has the full conditions. The Standard price does not guarantee that visa type.
