To open an Umrah visa file, Omni Trips and Hospitality Services asks for a passport copy, a photograph, return-flight details, the number of travellers, and the travel month. What the older checklist is not used for
The saved page at this URL described a six-month passport, a white-background biometric photo, travel insurance, a Shahadah certificate, mandatory Makkah and Madinah hotel BRNs, and airport transport described as a BRN. It also answered whether a woman can travel without a mahram, and it said disconnected bookings commonly cause rejection. Those statements are not adopted. This page does not decide eligibility, and it does not say a missing booking causes rejection.

Standard does not include Catering BRN or Hotel BRN. Premium adds ₹290 per person per applicable day for both. Meals are not included.
