The One-Year Multiple-Entry Umrah Visa, Explained

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah notice of 20 July 2026 says this visa is valid for 365 days from issuance, with a stay of up to 90 days in total. Multiple entries are allowed only under the conditions in that notice. Omni Trips and Hospitality Services does not decide who qualifies, and ₹13,990 is the India Standard visa price, not a Saudi government fee.

What the 20 July 2026 notice says

The notice is on the Saudi Press Agency. The same account is on the apply page. This page repeats it. It does not add a hotel rule, a flight rule, or a processing time.

  • Validity is 365 days from issuance. Multiple entries depend on the regulatory conditions in the notice.
  • Stay is up to 90 days in total while the visa is valid. Days spent in the Kingdom on each visit count toward the same 90 days. The allowance does not reset after you leave and come back. Example: 30 days, then 40 days, then 20 days uses the whole allowance.
  • Each visit, including each visit after the first, needs a service package from an approved provider on Nusuk. The package cannot be longer than the days still left. Entry also depends on an Umrah permit in the Nusuk app before arrival. After each departure, the visa's active status stops until the regulatory requirements for the next visit are met.
  • The visa cannot be used for Hajj. It is not activated for entry from 1 Dhu al-Qi'dah through 13 Dhu al-Hijjah. That is not stated as a separate ban on entering Makkah or on staying in Makkah. Season dates are on the season page.

Whether an Indian passport applies on Nusuk is left open on the Nusuk page. The India Standard price, including insurance that is not stated as cover for all 365 days, is on the price page. Hotel wording is on the BRN page. The copies this office asks for are on the requirements page, and they are an agency list, not a rule from this notice. No number of days is on the processing-time page.

Questions

Does the 90-day stay reset when I leave Saudi Arabia?

No. The notice counts days spent in the Kingdom on each visit toward the same 90 days. The allowance does not reset after an exit and a new entry. Once those 90 days are used, the same visa cannot be used for another stay.

Is the included insurance valid for all 365 days?

The India Standard visa price of ₹13,990 includes mandatory Saudi Umrah health insurance linked to the issued visa. Coverage follows that policy. It is not stated as cover for the whole 365-day validity, and it is not unlimited travel insurance.

Can this visa be used for Hajj?

No. The notice says this visa cannot be used for Hajj, and that it is not activated for entry from 1 Dhu al-Qi'dah through 13 Dhu al-Hijjah. That notice does not state a separate ban on entering Makkah or on staying in Makkah.
