The five stages, without the old clock
- After payment is confirmed, passport details are prepared and you check the full name and passport number on WhatsApp before the file moves on.
- If you already have a hotel booking, send it. The older page treated hotel approval as a step this office does not control. It is not restated here as a requirement for every visa.
- This office reviews the papers it asked for: passport copy, photograph, return-flight details, traveller count, and travel month. That list is operational. It is not a Saudi checklist.
- The file is submitted through the channel that applies. Submission is not issuance. UmrahVisa.in is not the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and does not issue the visa.
- If a visa is issued, you can check it on the visa check page. The image, when it exists, is also on the Saudi portals linked from that page.
The older page published an hour count for each stage, a total for ordinary weeks, a longer total for Ramadan, and a live office-status strip. None of that is repeated. It also showed redacted Nusuk screenshots. Those images are not republished, and there is no public status board on this site.

What is this office, and what is not

That note is a service procedure. It is not a Saudi regulation and it is not a guarantee that a visa will be issued.
The older page said a visa cannot be issued without an approved hotel BRN linked to a Nusuk-registered hotel, and it offered a "processing BRN" when the hotel was not chosen yet. What are the five stages?
The older page listed passport details, a hotel reference, a document review, submission toward the Saudi visa system, and issuance. The first, third, and fourth were described as this office's work. Hotel confirmation, when a hotel is involved, and the decision to issue the visa were described as outside this office. Saudi authorities issue the visa.
Can the visa be filed without a hotel BRN?
The older page said it could not. That sentence is not restated here as a rule for every visa. If you already have a hotel booking, you can send it for an optional review. A booking-site confirmation is not the hotel reference. A transport reference is not stated as required for every route.
How long does each stage take?
No hours and no days are published. The older page's stage timings and its Ramadan total are not used. The processing-time page is the place that says why.
Will I get a Nusuk screenshot at every step?
The older page showed redacted system screenshots and said a WhatsApp note was sent when a stage finished. Those images are not republished. A WhatsApp note is this office's procedure. It is not a live public status board, and it is not a promise that a named log line will arrive.
Do you also handle a hosted file?
