Airport Arrival Transport — What You Need to Know

For our applicable Umrah visa-processing arrangement, the first-leg arrival transfer must be arranged before processing. If you arrive at Jeddah Airport and travel to Makkah, we can coordinate the required transfer. The cost depends on the vehicle, passenger count, luggage and route.

• Sedan 325 SAR per vehicle
• Staria 400 SAR per vehicle
• Hiace 550 SAR per vehicle

These rates are subject to current confirmation. Transport is charged per vehicle, not automatically per person.

For arrival through Madinah or a different route, the requirement and quotation must be confirmed separately.

Airport transport is not included in the Standard ₹13,990 price or the Premium additional daily charge.

UmrahVisa.in is operated by Omni Trips and Hospitality Services, Bengaluru, a registered Indian travel business qualified as a Nusuk Masar external agency under an approved agreement with a licensed Saudi Umrah operator.

Before choosing an Umrah visa provider based only on price, verify the business registration, Saudi processing relationship and services included in the quotation.

Indian external-agent qualification and a Saudi operator licence are different credentials. Omni Trips and Hospitality Services is the Indian external agent. Mimar Al-Injazat holds licence 2102. Licence 2102 is not a licence number for Omni Trips and Hospitality Services.

Don't Have a Confirmed Hotel Booking? Understand Premium Umrah Visa Assistance.

Premium is an UmrahVisa.in commercial assistance arrangement, not a separate official Saudi visa category.

Premium may be suitable when:

• You haven't finalized your Makkah or Madinah accommodation.
• Your existing reservation uses pay-at-check-in terms and cannot meet the applicable processing requirements.
• Your travel plans may change.
• You find the hotel and BRN arrangements complicated.
• Your departure is approaching and you need help coordinating eligible accommodation-related documentation.

What Premium Includes

With Premium, we coordinate:

• Standard visa-processing assistance.
• Mandatory Saudi health insurance.
• Genuine, eligible agency-arranged hotel booking/reference through the applicable Saudi operator workflow.
• Catering BRN.
• Management of normal Catering BRN service-day differences within the quoted Premium charge.

Premium Pricing

₹13,990 + ₹290 per person per full intended trip day

The ₹290 daily charge includes both the eligible hotel booking/reference arrangement and Catering BRN, with no additional charge for either included service.

Actual paid hotel accommodation, flights and arrival transport remain separate.

Premium helps simplify the accommodation and BRN preparation process. It does not guarantee faster visa issuance or exemption from applicable Saudi accommodation requirements.

A traveller with a pay-at-check-in reservation does not automatically need Premium. We first check whether their existing reservation is suitable.

Is a One-Year Multiple-Entry Umrah Visa Available?

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced a multiple-entry Umrah visa in July 2026.

• Validity: 365 days from issuance.
• Total permitted stay: up to 90 days across visits.

Eligibility, entry and re-entry conditions depend on the actual visa and current Saudi regulations.

The ₹13,990 Standard service price does not guarantee a specific visa type or validity.
