What the older page said the permit contains

The fields it named were the flight number, the arrival date and terminal, the assigned driver, the assigned vehicle, and the approved pickup window. Because those fields change if the car changes, the page said the permit is shared when it is usable, not several days earlier.

If airport pickup was arranged through Omni Trips and Hospitality Services, the details are forwarded when the provider sends them. There is no published hour count, including for a landing between 4 and 6 in the morning. A late message is not treated here as proof that the car is confirmed, and an early message is not something this page can force.
