- The visa application can proceed. After the required hotel, Catering BRN, flight and document arrangements are complete, the file goes through the applicable operator workflow. Observed subsequent visa-processing stage: often another 24–48 hours. Saudi authorities still decide issuance.
Waiting for the hotel’s approval is not necessarily the same thing as waiting for a Saudi visa decision. Hotel BRN and Catering BRN charges are on the price page and the BRN page.
Why Umrah visas get delayed
