Who Can Apply for an Umrah Visa from India?
This is a practical overview of who commonly starts an Umrah visa file with this agency. Eligibility and approval depend on Saudi requirements and the actual visa route. It is not a visa guarantee.
- Indian passport holders. Adults travelling from India can usually start a dedicated Umrah file where the chosen route is available.
- Families and minor travellers. Each traveller needs matching documents. Minors travel with the accompanying adults named on the file.
- Elderly pilgrims. Age alone does not create a separate visa type. The same document-matching and route rules apply.
- Indian citizens residing abroad. An Indian passport can still be used, subject to applicable eligibility, place of application and route requirements.
- Passport validity and matching names. The bio page, photograph and booking names should match. Remaining passport validity must meet the requirements of the actual visa and current Saudi rules. This page does not set a fixed validity period.
How to Apply for an Umrah Visa from India
Sending documents to this agency is the online step for a dedicated Umrah visa. It is not a self-serve Saudi form on this website.

- Submit digital copies and booking details. Send the passport bio page, photograph and relevant flight or hotel information where available.

- Receive a written quotation and confirm the file. Charges are confirmed before payment. Saudi authorities still decide issuance.

Documents and Requirements for Indian Travellers
The list below is how Omni Trips and Hospitality Services opens a file. It is not published here as a Saudi government checklist, and it does not promise that a file will be approved.
- Clear passport bio-page copy.
- Recent photograph.
- Travel dates and traveller details.
- Return-flight details.
- Existing hotel bookings, if already arranged.
Names on the passport, flight details and any hotel booking should use the same spelling.
Hotel BRN versus Catering BRN
These arrangements apply to our Umrah visa-processing workflow. They are not stated as identical rules for every Saudi visa category.
Hotel BRN is accommodation booking/reference coordination and verification in the applicable Nusuk workflow. Existing eligible Makkah and Madinah hotel bookings can be reviewed. Customers can retain independently booked hotels where the required verification can be completed.
Catering BRN is a separately applicable service arrangement tied to permitted itinerary/service days. Those days can differ from hotel nights.
For Standard assistance, Catering BRN is charged separately from the ₹13,990 price:
- Makkah: ₹75 per person per applicable day.
- Madinah: ₹125 per person per applicable day.
Arrival transport
Applicable first-leg airport-to-hotel transport is arranged and quoted separately. It is not included in the Standard price.

Which Saudi Visa Route Applies to Indian Travellers?
These categories may have different entry conditions, permitted stays, requirements and eligibility. Not every Indian passport holder qualifies for every route.
- Dedicated Umrah visa. Filed through the applicable authorized operator workflow. This is the Standard assistance path described on this site.
- Saudi tourist eVisa or visa-on-arrival. Available only to eligible travellers. It is not the Standard Umrah file and is not available to everyone. See Saudi tourist visa for Umrah.
- Hosted / Absher route. A separate workflow when an eligible Saudi-resident host can receive family. It is not automatically Standard. See hosted Umrah visa for Saudi residents.
Umrah Visa Validity and Entry Rules for Indian Travellers
Read the visa that is actually issued. Entry validity, permitted stay, multiple-entry conditions and seasonal restrictions are not the same thing, and they are not identical for every Saudi visa category.
- Entry validity is the period in which you may enter. It is printed on the visa. This page does not treat a 30-day entry window as a rule for every category.
- Permitted stay is how long you may remain after entry. Days used can count toward a cumulative limit.
- Multiple-entry conditions depend on the visa type issued. Re-entry is not automatic.
- Seasonal restrictions before Hajj can block entry even if a visa still looks valid. Calendar dates are on the 1448 AH season dates page.
Announced one-year multiple-entry Umrah visa
Saudi Arabia has announced a multiple-entry Umrah visa with validity of up to 365 days from issuance and a cumulative permitted stay of up to 90 days across visits, subject to eligibility, the actual visa and current official rules. The ₹13,990 Standard service price does not automatically provide those conditions.

The same announcement described Hajj-season entry restrictions and later-visit conditions, including a service package from an approved Nusuk provider and an Umrah permit in the Nusuk app before arrival. Those points should be re-checked against the current official text and the visa print, not treated as independently confirmed for every file.
Common Umrah Visa Mistakes Indian Travellers Should Avoid
These are operational precautions from this agency’s files. They are not invented official regulations.
- Applying too early without checking the entry window printed on the visa.
- Passenger names that do not match the passport and flight details.
- Unverified hotel references or accommodation details that cannot support the required Hotel BRN arrangements.
- Booking inflexible, non-refundable flights before the visa workflow, hotel reference and travel dates line up.
- Confusing dedicated Umrah, tourist and visit visa rules.
- Overlooking Hajj-season restrictions.
- Assuming an application record means the visa has been issued.
- Failing to check visa details before departure.

Do I need to courier my physical passport?
A physical passport courier is not normally required for our Standard process. Share a clear digital copy of the passport bio page. Any exception is confirmed in writing for that file.
What documents are needed?

What is the difference between Hotel BRN and Catering BRN?
Hotel BRN is the accommodation booking/reference used in the applicable Nusuk workflow. Catering BRN is a separate service arrangement tied to permitted itinerary/service days, which can differ from hotel nights. Can I use hotels I booked myself?
Yes, where the existing Makkah and Madinah bookings can support the required Hotel BRN arrangements. A pay-at-check-in reservation does not automatically fail. Send the booking for review.
Is an Umrah visa valid for 30 days or one year?
It depends on the actual visa issued. Saudi Arabia has announced a multiple-entry Umrah visa with validity of up to 365 days from issuance and a cumulative stay of up to 90 days, subject to eligibility and current rules. Those conditions are not automatic with every Standard file. Entry windows and stay limits must be read from the visa itself. The one-year multiple-entry page has the announced conditions.
How long does visa processing take?
Visa processing times depend on document verification and Saudi authority approval. We will update you on your application's progress.
Can I track or verify my Umrah visa online?
UmrahVisa.in does not look up Saudi visa records. Use the official MOFA search and the KSA Visa PDF on the visa check page. An application record is not the same as an issued visa.
