What this office can check
- The property name, the city, the dates, and the guest names, against the copies you send.
- Whether the paper you have is a booking-site confirmation or the hotel reference the file actually uses. Those are not the same document.
- A Makkah stay question about walking, crowds, and shuttles, using the notes on the Makkah zones page. Those notes are not a ministry category.
There is no saved Madinah zone guide, so this page does not invent one. The difference between a Booking Reference Number and a claim of ministry approval is on the BRN and ministry page. The words Hotel BRN and Catering BRN are separated on the BRN page. Catering BRN does not include meals, and the India Standard visa price is on the price page.
The older description said hotel approval works one way before the visa and another way after it. That sequence is not restated, because this office does not have a published Saudi rule for it. A hotel reference is not stated as required for every visa route. Start the visa file on apply.

Questions
Does a hotel booking have to be approved before the visa?
This page does not say that. An existing booking can be sent for an optional review. Hotel BRN approval is not included and is not guaranteed. No Hotel BRN fee is published. Saudi authorities issue the visa.
Is a booking-site confirmation the hotel reference?
No. A confirmation from a booking site shows a reservation. The hotel reference used in a file is a different document. The BRN page explains that difference. This page does not treat either one as required for every Saudi visa.
Do you publish Makkah or Madinah hotel rates?
No. There is no hotel tariff here. Makkah walking notes are on the zones page. Madinah does not have a zone table on this site. Meals are not part of Catering BRN, which is a separate documentation charge on the price page.
