Who this hosted file is for

  • A Saudi resident with an Iqama, inviting parents, a spouse, or children for Umrah through a hosted file.
  • A host who received an Absher message asking them to complete Qabool (قبول).
  • A file that is pending because acceptance is unfinished or the host details do not match.

Travellers who are only arranging the Standard file from India should use the India page. The menu path for Accept is on the Qabool steps page.

Family-visit visa and the hosted Umrah route

A family-visit visa often requires a biometric appointment at a centre in India. For a family outside the large cities, or for an elderly parent, that appointment is a practical obstacle. The older page on this URL presented Absher hosted Umrah as a route an Iqama holder can use when the file is built for host acceptance.

That presentation is not a ruling that every family qualifies. Saudi authorities decide the visa. The stay is the period printed on the visa that is issued. People often ask whether that stay can run up to 90 days. This page does not promise 90 days, and it does not apply the one-year visa's cumulative stay rule to a hosted file.

Match the host's name, the guests, and the travel dates before anyone treats the file as ready. Season limits are on the 1448 AH calendar.

Host linkage and Qabool workflow

The operator workflow is broadly shared with how we process your Umrah visa. A hosted file adds host-linkage and Absher Qabool acceptance. When a hosted file stalls, one of these has usually not finished. None of them is a promise that the visa will be issued.

  1. The file is submitted with the host identified, through the applicable Saudi operator / Nusuk workflow.
  2. The host receives the request and accepts it in Absher. The click-path is the Qabool guide.
  3. If Absher shows no request, the host account and the names on the file are checked again. UmrahVisa.in cannot see that inbox.
  4. Applicable hotel and service-reference arrangements for the Umrah stay are compared with the names and dates. Hotel BRN and Catering BRN charges, where they apply, are confirmed in the hosted quotation. They are not the Standard India price list.
  5. After a visa is issued, search or download it from the Saudi sites on the visa check page.

Multiple-Entry Umrah Visa — Visit Your Family in Saudi Arabia More Than Once

Family Re-entry Assistance for Saudi Residents & Offshore Workers

Saudi Arabia introduced a one-year multiple-entry Umrah visa in July 2026. Eligible visa holders may enter Saudi Arabia more than once within the permitted validity, subject to the remaining cumulative stay allowance, service-package requirements, relevant permits and Saudi entry rules.

This may help families visiting relatives working in Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah and other Saudi locations plan shorter visits instead of one continuous stay. The opportunity depends on the visa that was actually issued. A hosted Absher file is not described here as multiple-entry unless that visa says so.

Conditions in the 20 July 2026 notice

These points are the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announcement carried by the Saudi Press Agency. They apply to that multiple-entry Umrah visa. They are not a combined rule for a tourist eVisa, a standard Umrah visa, and a hosted Qabool file.

  • Visa validity: 365 days from issuance.
  • Maximum cumulative stay: 90 days in total while the visa is valid. Days already spent count toward the same 90 days. The allowance does not reset after departure, and 90 days are not available on every entry.
  • More than one visit is permitted only under the notice’s conditions. Re-entry is not automatic.
  • A fresh approved Nusuk service package is required for each visit, including each visit after the first. The package cannot be longer than the days still left. Where that package is required, its charge is not optional.
  • After each departure, the visa’s active status stops. Reactivation for the next visit follows the regulatory requirements. It is not granted by a ticket alone.
  • An Umrah permit in the Nusuk app is required before arrival, aligned with the approved package dates.
  • The visa is not activated for entry from 1 Dhu al-Qi'dah through 13 Dhu al-Hijjah. That Hajj-season limit is not stated as a separate ban on entering or staying in Makkah.
  • Visa approval, reactivation, and entry are controlled by Saudi authorities.

What a returning visitor may need

An Iqama, or a fresh ticket on its own, is not treated as enough for re-entry. Depending on the visa category, the check can include:

  • Existing visa details and confirmation that the visa is multiple-entry.
  • Passport validity checks.
  • Travel and return-ticket details.
  • Host information where the file uses a host.
  • Confirmation of the cumulative stay still available.
  • A new approved service-package arrangement.
  • Applicable hotel, transport, and Nusuk documentation.
  • Saudi system reactivation or other processing the authorities require.

If the category or the re-entry step cannot be read from the issued visa, eligibility is checked individually. It is not assumed from the hosted Qabool route.

Questions

Who is the hosted Umrah route for?

A Saudi resident with an Iqama who is hosting family for Umrah, and whose file asks that host to accept the request in Absher. It is not the Standard India-only file described on the India page.

How is this different from a family-visit visa?

Family-visit applications often need a biometric appointment in India. The hosted route on this page uses the Iqama holder's acceptance in Absher instead of describing that appointment. Which route applies is a Saudi decision. This page does not choose it for you.

How long can the family stay?

The duration is what is printed on the issued visa. This page does not promise 90 days. The cumulative 90-day stay on the one-year multiple-entry Umrah visa is a different notice, explained on the apply page.

Does UmrahVisa.in log into Absher?

No. The host keeps the Absher login. Do not send an OTP or a Nafath code. Omni Trips and Hospitality Services can explain the Qabool menu and the file around it. Saudi authorities issue the visa.

What does the hosted file cost?

Hosted Umrah visa assistance is from ₹14,990 per person. Final inclusions, applicable charges and eligibility are confirmed in writing before payment. This is not the Standard ₹13,990 file and it does not use the Premium daily formula. Ask on WhatsApp at +91 98450 57407.

Can I enter Saudi Arabia again using the same Umrah visa?

Only when the issued visa is the multiple-entry Umrah visa in the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah notice of 20 July 2026. That notice allows more than one entry during 365 days, subject to the remaining cumulative stay, a new approved Nusuk service package, an Umrah permit, and reactivation after each departure. A hosted Absher file is a different route. This page does not say every hosted visa is multiple-entry. If the category is unclear, eligibility is checked on the issued visa.

Does a one-year visa permit 90 days on every visit?

No. The 20 July 2026 notice counts stay toward one total of up to 90 days for the whole validity. Days already spent are deducted, and the allowance does not reset when you leave and come back. A hosted visa’s printed duration is a separate matter and is not that cumulative rule.

Do I need a new Nusuk service package for re-entry?

For the multiple-entry visa in that notice, yes. Each visit, including each visit after the first, needs a new service package from an approved Nusuk provider, and the package cannot be longer than the days still left. That requirement is not stated here as a rule for every other visa category.

Can my family return to India and visit Saudi Arabia again?

A return to India and a later visit is possible only when the issued visa allows another entry and cumulative stay remains. The July 2026 notice describes that possibility for its multiple-entry visa. It does not apply automatically to a hosted visa. Saudi authorities control approval, reactivation, and entry.

Is Absher Qabool acceptance required for every re-entry?

No. Absher Qabool is the host’s acceptance of a hosting request. The July 2026 notice describes a later visit as a new Nusuk package, an Umrah permit, and reactivation after the regulatory requirements are met. It does not say Qabool must be repeated for every re-entry. Host acceptance and later reactivation are different processes. Whether a particular file needs host acceptance again is checked individually.

How much does re-entry coordination cost?

Re-entry coordination charges depend on the required services. Request a quotation before proceeding. That quotation is not the hosted assistance price of ₹14,990. This page does not promise that a fresh visa fee is never required. Where the visa category requires a Nusuk service package, that package is not optional.
