Nusuk, MOFA, booking reference, and Absher
Absher Qabul System Workflow (Nusuk, MOFA, BRN & Absher) – 90-Day Umrah (India)
This page explains how the hosted-file guide connected four records: the Umrah file, a booking reference, the host's Absher acceptance, and the MOFA visa record. Absher does not issue the visa. The guide's “90-day” outcome is not stated here as a visa you will receive.
Who the guide said does what
The click path for the host is on the Qabool steps page. The roles below are the 3 July 2026 guide's account. They are not a fresh reading of a Saudi manual.
- Nusuk / operator: the guide said this layer held the Umrah itinerary, the booking references, and the push of a hosting request.
- MOFA: the guide said this layer stores the visa record, including the name, passport, and visa number. Searching an issued visa is on the visa check page.
- Absher Qabool: the host's own account. The host sees a pending invitation and accepts or rejects it. UmrahVisa.in does not log in.
The sequence the guide described
The common core operator and BRN preparation is covered in how we process your Umrah visa. The hosted route introduces additional host-linkage and Qabool acceptance requirements.
- The Saudi operator / Nusuk file is prepared with guest details and the host identified.
- Hotel and applicable service-reference arrangements for the Umrah stay are added to that file where the workflow requires them.
- Host details are used so the hosting request can be generated for the Iqama holder.
- The host reviews guest names and dates, then accepts in Absher Qabool. The click path is the acceptance guide.
- Visa processing continues through the relevant Saudi authority systems. Absher acceptance is not a visa.
- If a visa is issued, confirm it on the official sites on the visa check page. This page does not say that link produces a 90-day visa.
The family version of the Riyadh and Dammam stay is on the Riyadh and Dammam page.
Need Us to Handle the Hosted Umrah File?
Understanding the workflow is useful. Coordinating the eligible host-linked application, BRN arrangements and Qabool follow-up is a separate service provided by UmrahVisa.in.
Hosted Umrah assistance from ₹14,990 per person — confirm inclusions and final quotation.
What the guide said to line up
A hosted file on this guide used three blocks. A mismatch was described as a reason a file could stall. That is a check, not a published Saudi penalty.
- Umrah block: Makkah and Madinah dates and the hotel booking reference. Catering BRN is a separate charge and is explained on the price page. A transport reference is not stated here as required for every route.
- Host block: the host's city. The Iqama number and National Address stay with the host. Do not put them in the first WhatsApp message.
- Dates: the guide said the home-stay dates, the hotel dates, and the tickets should agree. It also said the Umrah stay in Makkah and Madinah should be planned before the home stay.
On this agency’s hosted file, the Umrah stay and its booking reference go on the file before the hosting request is sent. That order is this operator’s practice for the applicable route. It is not an Absher rule, and it is not stated for every visa category. Four mismatches from the 3 July 2026 guide are worth checking: a visa with no Qabool record, a Qabool acceptance whose dates do not match the tickets, a booking reference whose dates differ from the home stay, and a National Address that is out of date.
The older page told agents that a rejected Qabool request was not reopened and had to be sent again. That has not been re-checked on Absher. What a BRN means is on the BRN page.

Multiple-Entry Umrah Visa — Visit Your Family in Saudi Arabia More Than Once
Family Re-entry Assistance for Saudi Residents & Offshore Workers
Saudi Arabia introduced a one-year multiple-entry Umrah visa in July 2026. Eligible holders may enter more than once during the 365-day validity, within the remaining cumulative stay of up to 90 days. That allowance does not reset on every entry, and re-entry is not automatic. A hosted Absher visa is a different category: this note does not say every hosted visa permits repeated entry.
Accepting a hosting request in Absher Qabool and reactivating a visa after departure are different processes. The 20 July 2026 ministry notice requires a new approved Nusuk service package and the applicable permits before a later visit on that multiple-entry visa. Whether your file is that visa has to be checked.
Already Used Your Umrah Visa? We Can Help You Check Re-entry Eligibility.
Travelling back to India and planning another visit to Saudi Arabia? Our team can review your visa category, remaining validity, previous stay and applicable reactivation requirements before helping coordinate the next visit.
Re-entry coordination charges depend on the required services. Request a quotation before proceeding.
That quotation is separate from hosted Umrah assistance. A fresh visa fee is not promised to be unnecessary.
Questions
Does Absher Qabool create the Umrah visa?
No. This guide says the visa file is handled through the operator and Nusuk channels and the visa record sits with MOFA. Absher Qabool is the host's acceptance of the stay. Absher does not issue the Umrah visa.
Can the host send a Qabool invitation with no Umrah file?
In the workflow on this page, the hosting request is described as coming from the Umrah file. This page does not say a host can open a compliant visa by using Absher alone.
Why does the guide still mention a BRN after Qabool is accepted?
The guide treated them as two records. The booking reference was for the Makkah and Madinah stay. Qabool was for the host's acceptance of the home stay. This page does not say both are required for every Saudi visa. On the operator workflow this agency uses for this hosted file, the Makkah and Madinah stay carries the booking reference that workflow asks for. A transport reference is not stated for every route.
Can I get an Umrah visa through Absher?
No. Use Absher only for the host's acceptance step. The click path is on the Qabool steps page. Saudi authorities issue the visa.
Does this workflow issue a 90-day visa?
No. The older page described the outcome as a 90-day visa. That result is not stated here. The duration is what is printed on the visa that is issued. The one-year visa's cumulative 90-day stay is a different notice, on the apply page.
Do I need a new Nusuk service package for re-entry?
For the one-year multiple-entry Umrah visa in the 20 July 2026 ministry notice, each visit needs a new approved Nusuk service package. That notice is not this hosted Qabool workflow. A package required for that visa is not optional. Other visa categories are checked individually.
Is Absher Qabool acceptance required for every re-entry?
No. The first host acceptance in Absher and a later reactivation after departure are different processes. The July 2026 notice does not say Qabool must be repeated for every later entry on the multiple-entry visa. Whether a hosted file needs host acceptance again is checked on that file.
