BRN vs Ministry Approval: How Umrah Hotels Really Work
Hotel BRN means the hotel booking documentation in a visa file. Ministry approval is not defined on this page, and the two are not treated as the same thing. A confirmation from a booking site is not that reference. Omni Trips and Hospitality Services can review a booking you already have. It cannot certify a ministry approval.
What is stated, and what is not
- Hotel BRN is the property, the dates, and the guests. If the booking is acceptable, you can keep it. Sending it for review is optional. No Hotel BRN fee is listed.
- Catering BRN is a different documentation charge. It does not include meals, and it is not a government-prescribed rate. The amounts are on the price page and the BRN page.
- Ministry approval is the older page's other heading. No saved article states when a Saudi ministry requires it, so this page does not give that rule.
The older title also said the Nusuk system would be explained. That explanation is not here. Whether an Indian passport uses Nusuk for the visa is left open on the Nusuk page. Is a Booking Reference Number the same as ministry approval?

Does Nusuk decide which hotels are approved?
This page does not explain a Nusuk hotel system, and it does not decide whether an Indian passport can apply on Nusuk. The Nusuk page keeps that question open. A hotel reference is not stated here as required for every visa route.

The booking you already have: property, city, dates, and guest names. That review is optional. It is not a ministry certificate, and Hotel BRN approval is not guaranteed. No hotel fee is published.
